Overall Comments on Standards and Quality in your School

With the follow-up HMIE inspection of Lionel School being just over a year ago, the most objective review which we have recently undergone is still very relevant, as quoted below:

1  Introduction
'The inspection took place in March and April 1999 as part of a national sample of primary and secondary education.  It evaluated how well pupils were performing, the effectiveness of the school and how well the school was managed.'
